Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Sadly, I won't be coming back 😢.About

To get to The Skin Spa - Beauty Therapy at 137 Alexandra Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 1 or 2 to the Hamilton Transport Centre, then walk 5 minutes to the salon. If driving, head towards the intersection of Alexandra Street and Collingwood Street in Hamilton Central, then turn onto Alexandra Street and the salon will be on your left after about 2 blocks.
