My trusted hairdresser Aroha has departed, and he was the only one I relied on for my hair color as he consistently did fantastic work and was indeed an invaluable asset to the business ⭐️. Had high hopes as the consultation was friendly and the individual (I'm assuming a senior stylist) seemed very knowledgeable. However, the service and cut itself were underwhelming. The scalp massage was virtually non-existent. I ended up just getting my very thick hair thinned out and straightened, with minimal styling, not worth the $95 I paid. The individual was quite rough and seemed irritable towards the end of my cut, possibly due to another client who was dissatisfied with their coloring/styling session.
