Avoid getting a lash perm here. My appointment was changed without consent, causing me to wait excessively. The process was painful, and the technician was absent during stinging moments. Despite previous bad experiences, I was assured of their expertise. The result was unsatisfactory, with only a slight curl. The tint was messy, causing discomfort and a burning sensation. The salon refused a refund, offering a redo or voucher, which I declined. Ignoring calls now. I demand my money back as a student who can't afford such a poor service.
Stay away from their massages and blonding services. The massage was terrible, focusing oddly on kneecaps and bikini area. The therapist seemed untrained and had language barriers. The environment was unpleasant, and I couldn't use the face hole properly. The hair coloring was a disaster, not blending well and leaving a harsh contrast. Discovered the damage only later. Spent a lot of time and money here, regretting every bit. Not recommended at all.
Received excellent hair service from Gagan. Happy with the color and service provided. Despite being the only one present, she managed all clients efficiently. Great customer service, ensuring everyone leaves satisfied.
