Feeling let down but not surprised by the events on Saturday 10th August. I've been a loyal patron of farmers for years, but the recent conduct there has been unacceptable. I've personally witnessed a few instances where the staff were subjected to harassment by customers, and no action was taken. I've seen several young women break down in tears while still serving other customers after being yelled at. It's truly distressing to witness. I doubt the management is offering any support as I've never seen any of the aggressive customers being removed or addressed, ESPECIALLY today. A kind lady at the fragrance counter was shouted at by a customer, and no one came to her defense. It was a truly distressing sight. Even as a customer, I am deeply unsettled. Farmers, you need to do better for your staff!
I can be quite picky when it comes to fragrances. I must commend Abbey for her assistance today. I've been on the hunt for a new everyday cologne for a few weeks now, and Abbey patiently helped me for over 30 minutes. She is exceptional and uses your preferences to help you discover the ideal scent for you.
