This land is truly enchanting. More signs would be helpful as it's easy to wander off or miss a spot, especially at the intersections. I adored the various garden sections. This ranks in my top 5 experiences. A truly exquisite and wondrous place. It was crafted with such beauty, feeling like a different realm. I highly suggest visiting.
The gardens are simply beautiful, and we were captivated by the new Maori gardens exhibit. I would highly recommend a visit in spring; many of the flowers had withered when we visited in Autumn, but that's to be expected. The majority of the gardens are perennial and absolutely breathtaking, meticulously maintained.
A stunning location to explore with your mates, whānau, or significant other. Considered one of the prime attractions in Auckland. It's truly worth exploring all the gardens within. Grateful to the council for their excellent upkeep and free entry. You could easily spend a couple of hours here. The vastness of the garden can lead to losing your way, so it's wise to carry a map when you visit.
