I've been a patron of this pharmacy (and its previous incarnation if it underwent a change) for the past decade. Over time, I've observed that the processing times have been progressively lengthening, and the service quality has declined, especially since 2023.
I've been frequenting Mount Pharmacy for a while now. Despite their popularity and constant rush, I consistently encounter staff who are patient and understanding. They truly strive to provide top-notch service. While immediate attention may not always be possible due to their high daily workload, I have immense respect for the team at Mount Pharmacy.
