I always go to Rosy at Chartwell Kess for my brows. Since I have a scar on one brow, I've been to many beauticians but didn't feel confident. However, Rosy always knows how to balance it out. She's very skilled. We always have nice chats, she's friendly and kind. Thanks a bunch, Rosy, for your help...
Oh, what a bummer with this event, I've been going to this spot for my brows for years and always been top-notch! I've always adored my shape and had a fab time. Sadly, the day before my event, I popped in to get my brows done and was tended to by Soni. I haven't had her work on my brows before but most of the crew there do a fab job. This time, though, it was so painful and not a good experience. I was left with tears and wonky brows, plus cuts that are still visible days later. If she's in training, it would be good for her to get support when working on people's brows to stop this from happening again.
