Massive waste of time, I booked for a hair treatment 7 and a half weeks after my previous one. The booking page says to contact them if you’ve had a treatment done within 5 weeks, and their website recommends leaving 7 weeks between treatments, and when I got there, they told me they refused to do my treatment because they usually don’t do anything under 8 weeks. Understandable to refuse if you are not comfortable, but please make this more clear during the booking process, as it’s just been a big inconvenience, and now I will have to rebook elsewhere.
Great, easy booking, reminder text and email. Harper was amazing, talked me through the facial process, best products, helped with skincare routine. Discussed the importance of self-care for healthy skin. Such a rejuvenating session, everyone should give it a go.
