I originally booked in for classic lashes but was upsold to volume for an extra $40, with the promise that they would look natural. However, I was switched from Kezia to Kirsty last minute. Unfortunately, the lashes started falling off the very next day. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund, there was some argument. While the eyebrow tint was done well, the overall experience with the lashes and customer service was disappointing. The stylist even mentioned a "mono brow" growing in (which I hadn't had a chance to pluck). It felt unprofessional. I ended up spending $180, and the only thing I liked was the eyebrow tint.
I had never gotten my nails done before, but Kezia made my first experience amazing! She was so professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Even before the nail polish was applied, my nails looked perfect. Kezia really cares about making her clients happy and offers a wide range of colour options. She took her time with me, even when I was indecisive, and made sure I was happy with the design before I left. If you enjoy a bit of banter, a relaxed atmosphere, and great results, definitely give her a try. I wholeheartedly recommend her work. Thanks, Kezia, you've gained a new client!
What a fantastic experience I had getting my lashes done by Kirsty at Lashes and Beauty By Kezia! It was the best lash lift I've ever had, and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process. Everyone working in the salon was not only skilled but also very lovely. I cannot recommend this place enough!
