Central place - The service was incredibly poor. Minimal communication, just a directive to wash hands. I was left alone in the chair with a fan blowing on my hands, unaware that the treatment was over. No massage or lotion was provided. The individual rushed through the nail treatment, neglecting to trim my cuticles and leaving glue and nail polish residue on my fingers. Despite paying for acrylic nails with French tips, I received messy, uneven white nails. The technician disregarded my preferences for length and shape, resulting in skin cuts from excessive filing and burning sensations from aggressive electric filing. I will not be returning.
Just had my nails done at this salon. Unwelcoming and unsupportive staff who rushed through the job. I paid 108 NZD for a gel pedicure and manicure, with an additional 35 NZD for extensions. The pedicure was subpar and not worth the money. The gel nails were not smooth, and the technician damaged my thumb nail bed without offering an apology.
Absolutely the worst manicure experience. The staff member seemed disinterested and lackluster. After a satisfactory pedicure at Luxury Nails Central place, I returned the next day for a manicure. The manicurist appeared uninterested and lacking in skill. She used an electric grinder without buffing, leaving my nails in a dreadful state. The polish application was uneven, making it look as if someone had roughed up my nails with a file. I do not recommend this establishment; I am thoroughly disappointed.
