Top-notch in Hamilton. Had hair done elsewhere, disappointed with result. 2 family members suggested Modo Flagstaff. Arrived with unattractive yellow blond hair that was off-putting lol & Kayla transformed it from unattractive to elegant. Hair washed, conditioned, colored, blow-dried & straightened. Left loving it. Thanks Kayla & team Merry Christmas 🎄
Initial appointment, thrilled with outcome. Salon of choice now. Exceptional service.
My debut visit. Sat in chair, ignored, 15 mins passed, had to inquire about haircut. Suddenly, hair washed, free treatment given, with many apologies. Cut was satisfactory, but won't return. Would have been content if delay was explained. No reading material or magazines to pass time.
