Had high hopes as the consultation was friendly and the individual (I'm assuming a senior stylist) seemed very knowledgeable. However, the service and cut itself were underwhelming. The scalp massage was virtually non-existent. I ended up just getting my very thick hair thinned out and straightened, with minimal styling, not worth the $95 I paid. The individual was quite rough and seemed irritable towards the end of my cut, possibly due to another client who was dissatisfied with their coloring/styling session. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience today! The team are incredibly lovely and welcoming. Jake did a stellar job with the colour and made me feel completely at ease. Tania was so considerate and positive throughout my appointment...I really appreciated her applying some moisturiser around my hairline to prevent any purple stains! Hana did an outstanding job with the cut and was delightful to chat with. I was thoroughly impressed by the teamwork, professionalism, and care they displayed today. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit in January!
First time experiencing this incredible team & the services I received (half head foils for highlights, cut, treatment, wash, blow dry, curly/wavy styling) were outstanding. It was a time-intensive process as my hair required Maddie to work her magic but she completed the task beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the result! I highly recommend Jake and his wonderful team to anyone in search of top-notch hairdressers 🫶🏽
