Regrettably, my encounter with Paul was less than satisfactory. Being a newcomer to the salon, I had specifically requested a stylist proficient in dry cuts. I also made it clear that I preferred my natural curls to be accentuated, without straightening my hair. Despite this being a fairly standard request, I was made to feel as though it was odd. Paul instructed me to bring in reference photos.
