Just returned from the salon, and I must say, the team did an outstanding job on my hair. I opted for a cut and colour with toner, and I absolutely love the lighter and fresher look. The service was great, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
I typically visit this place for my eyelash extensions, and they always do a fantastic job. However, I had booked an appointment for today through their online system, only to be informed upon arrival that the service couldn't be provided as the specialist was not working that day. It was disappointing that they didn't notify me earlier about this issue.
I would advise against visiting this establishment. They seem to constantly change their policies, which became evident during my recent interactions with them. After my lash appointment, I developed an eye infection within a week of having the lashes on. I had to endure the pain of cutting my own lashes to alleviate some of the discomfort and get antibiotics to reduce the swelling. This level of aftercare should not be necessary, especially from a beauty salon. The cleanliness standards are also lacking.
