An incredibly delightful experience. Only my third massage ever, and I am definitely returning for more. Emma was superb, guiding me through everything and ensuring my comfort throughout.
Absolutely serene spot with wonderful staff. Adore how you can unwind, then relax in a tranquil room before heading home. The sauna is my fave for relaxation. Big thanks to Milly and the crew. A truly peaceful place.
Tried the couples' first time float for $180.00 for an 80-minute session. The customer service upon arrival and departure was lacking. To cut it short, after 45 minutes (including shower time), we had to leave due to feeling queasy. When we informed the receptionist, there was no interest in why we were departing early. Given the price, we expected exceptional service. Feeling nauseous during and after a float session at 'Serenity' definitely calls for better customer care. Not a place I would recommend!
