Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Sadly, I won't be coming back 😢.About

The gel nails we received weren't the tidiest and didn't endure as long as anticipated, but the ladies who did our nails were amiable, and the establishment was modern and pristine with a serene ambiance.
