I recently popped into Vivo Hair, Hamilton, Centre Place for a keratin smoothing treatment, having shared my hair woes beforehand. Alas, my visit left me quite disappointed. Despite briefing the salon on my hair's tendency to turn frizzy and wavy post-prior keratin treatment, my locks remained in their unruly state, with no sign of the promised taming of baby hairs. As a patron, I anticipated a personalized and expert approach to cater to my specific requirements, particularly given the prior notification about my hair type. Regrettably, the results did not reflect this attention to detail. While I acknowledge the salon's efforts, I find myself dissatisfied with the treatment's outcome. I kindly request that Vivo Hair either re-perform the treatment to achieve the desired results or refund the service provided. I trust this feedback will contribute to enhancing future experiences for both myself and other patrons.

Just had my first pedicure with Exquisite at Rototuna. Was a bit nervous as my feet are very ticklish. Brooke was amazing!!! My feet feel so luxurious and the atmosphere of the salon was fantastic. To get to Exquisite Beauty Therapy and Spa at 28/44 Horsham Downs Road, Rototuna North, Hamilton 3210, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 18 from Hamilton Transport Centre and get off at the Horsham Downs Rd at Thomas Rd stop. From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head north on Horsham Downs Road from Thomas Road, then turn right onto the salon's street.

Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Sadly, I won't be coming back 😢.About

If driving, head towards the intersection of Alexandra Street and Collingwood Street in Hamilton Central, then turn onto Alexandra Street and the salon will be on your left after about 2 blocks.
