The lady was extremely rough, causing skin breakage, and now I have a scabbed and unpleasant face. My friend's eyebrows are now uneven. Honestly, the most dreadful experience I've ever had. They were awesome and even gave us a fair price as we did not have insurance. Would not hesitate to get the procedure done if you're on the fence about getting your legs fixed. Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Sadly, I won't be coming back 😢.About
