Just had my first pedicure with Exquisite at Rototuna. Was a bit nervous as my feet are very ticklish. Brooke was amazing!!! My feet feel so luxurious and the atmosphere of the salon was fantastic. Felt like I was in a hidden relaxation spot lol. Top-notch customer service, will definitely return to try more of their fantastic services. Thank you, ladies.

To get to Exquisite Beauty Therapy and Spa at 28/44 Horsham Downs Road, Rototuna North, Hamilton 3210, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 18 from Hamilton Transport Centre and get off at the Horsham Downs Rd at Thomas Rd stop. From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head north on Horsham Downs Road from Thomas Road, then turn right onto the salon's street.

Requesting refund. Tint left on, discovered huge missing chunk of hair only after washing my face at home. Left with uneven brows. Contacted via Facebook messenger, but seems to have been blocked after mentioning unhappiness. Poor service, unclean environment, staff member had strong body odour. Urgently need a response.
