We had a very unpleasant experience some time back concerning racial matters. As my partner and I were leaving the store with our receipt and items in hand, not a single person was checked for their bag contents or had their receipt scanned. Strangely enough, when the woman working that day spotted my partner (Indian), she couldn't have hurried faster to approach him, ask about the receipt, and inspect our bag in a very rude manner. There was a woman right behind us (European), assuming everyone was having their receipt scanned and queuing behind us. The Kmart employee directly told her, "Oh no, sweetie, you're good," and let her pass. So out of allllll the people on that busy day, they chose to inspect the only non-European person at that time and allowed others to walk straight out. Worst experience at GP ever, My enrollment form was lost twice and my son's four times. Every time I contacted them, I was told to fill out the enrollment form again. I've been with them for almost six months, and this keeps happening. Every time I call, the manager is extremely arrogant and rude. Every time I contact them, I have to prove that I am already enrolled, answering the same questions repeatedly. It's becoming really embarrassing. I believe someone should look into her professional conduct and customer service. Within 10 minutes, I was approached for help by 3 different individuals, and then a 4th time by the 3rd person. I can appreciate the 1st and even the 2nd person asking, but the 3rd person? Asking me twice? When I politely declined with "No, I'm okay thank you" the 3rd time, they continued to linger and watch me as I shopped. When a customer declines assistance, it should be respected. I was gifted a full body relaxation pregnancy massage and it was so incredible! The atmosphere was so calming, and the massage itself was done with exceptional skill and care. I have had pretty severe SPD during my pregnancy, but the entire massage I was in a total state of comfort and relaxation, no pain triggers or anything for the whole 1.5 hours. Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Feeling let down but not surprised by the events on Saturday 10th August. I've been a loyal patron of farmers for years, but the recent conduct there has been unacceptable. I've personally witnessed a few instances where the staff were subjected to harassment by customers, and no action was taken. I've seen several young women break down in tears while still serving other customers after being yelled at. It's truly distressing to witness. I doubt the management is offering any support as I've never seen any of the aggressive customers being removed or addressed, ESPECIALLY today. A kind lady at the fragrance counter was shouted at by a customer, and no one came to her defense. It was a truly distressing sight. Even as a customer, I am deeply unsettled. I was left alone in the chair with a fan blowing on my hands, unaware that the treatment was over. No massage or lotion was provided. The individual rushed through the nail treatment, neglecting to trim my cuticles and leaving glue and nail polish residue on my fingers. Despite paying for acrylic nails with French tips, I received messy, uneven white nails. The technician disregarded my preferences for length and shape, resulting in skin cuts from excessive filing and burning sensations from aggressive electric filing.
