Hey, I'm quite disappointed with the service I received at this salon. I recommended my partner to come here for a haircut as I am from India and have known James for 3 years. When we arrived at 3 pm today, James informed us that there was a 40-minute wait because there was another customer ahead of us, which was fine with us. So, my partner and I went for a walk outside and returned at 3:40 pm as instructed. However, James then told us that we couldn't be accommodated because there were more people waiting now. Being a 32-week pregnant woman, I was willing to support his business and didn't mind waiting in the winter weather, but I was turned away. What's the point of making an appointment then? It feels like a complete waste of time. This is not how business should be conducted, failing to keep promises. The handling of this situation was disappointing, and the communication could have been more polite and understanding. It felt like the blame was subtly shifted to me, which was disconcerting. The interaction with the staff, particularly the person in charge of hair extensions, was less pleasant than expected.
