There was a mix-up with my hair appointment, as it was scheduled for a half head treatment instead of the full head I requested. Upon arrival, I was informed that only the half head service could be accommodated due to time constraints. The handling of this situation was disappointing, and the communication could have been more polite and understanding. It felt like the blame was subtly shifted to me, which was disconcerting. The interaction with the staff, particularly the person in charge of hair extensions, was less pleasant than expected. I have never met a better hairdresser than the one at this salon. My family in Tauranga all go to him for cuts or perms every month or two. He has incredible skills and his wife is so warm and welcoming. They treat us like old mates every time we visit. I've already recommended him to many friends in Tauranga and they all love him. Te Aroha is phenomenal! She truly listens to your desires and is always cheerful and attentive. She successfully transformed my hair back to a stunning clean blonde after years of brown dye. The salon is sleek, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend!
