Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Sadly, I won't be coming back 😢.About

I'm so let down by how my nails turned out. They didn't follow my shape and length requests, and ended up drilling into my skin, causing burns. They didn't even advise me to wash my hands, so now there's dust stuck in the nail polish, giving a bumpy and messy appearance. All my nails are crooked, uneven, and different sizes.
