Incredible team. My brother and I made a booking for our Nail Spa at Neon. The service was top-notch and they were super friendly and kind even though we were 10mins late. They were very accommodating even with a full house. Following a somewhat disappointing initial bridal makeup trial for our Wellington wedding, I contacted Giselle and asked if she would be willing to travel down for my big day to do our makeup instead. I have utilized Giselle's services multiple times over the years for special occasions and have adored every look she has created for me. I had complete trust in booking her for my wedding and fortunately my partner agreed that the travel expense was justified for my happiness. I underwent two trials with Giselle due to postponements (thanks to c*vid) and on the day we even made some adjustments. Giselle truly listens and is the epitome of professionalism. My mother, mother-in-law, and chief bridesmaid all adored their makeup and I felt incredibly beautiful on my special day. Central place - The service was incredibly poor. Minimal communication, just a directive to wash hands. I was left alone in the chair with a fan blowing on my hands, unaware that the treatment was over. No massage or lotion was provided. The individual rushed through the nail treatment, neglecting to trim my cuticles and leaving glue and nail polish residue on my fingers. Despite paying for acrylic nails with French tips, I received messy, uneven white nails. The technician disregarded my preferences for length and shape, resulting in skin cuts from excessive filing and burning sensations from aggressive electric filing.
