Worst experience at GP ever, My enrollment form was lost twice and my son's four times. Every time I contacted them, I was told to fill out the enrollment form again. I've been with them for almost six months, and this keeps happening. Every time I call, the manager is extremely arrogant and rude. Every time I contact them, I have to prove that I am already enrolled, answering the same questions repeatedly. It's becoming really embarrassing. I believe someone should look into her professional conduct and customer service. Despite this, the doctors we've seen here are friendly, professional, and truly care for their patients.
Recently joined north city but won't be staying! Waited several weeks for them to transfer my medical records before I could schedule an appointment. Waited another week for an appointment, only to have it changed to a phone consultation on the day. When I called to confirm and request a specialist referral, the doctor refused to provide it over the phone and rescheduled for another week later, mentioning no additional charge for the inconvenience. Finally, at my appointment, north city offered me the choice of paying for two consultations or one consultation and a referral letter, which ended up being more expensive. My wife had warned me about this place, and I should have listened.
First time at SCP today and had a wonderful time. Picked up a prescription for my daughter. The team is friendly, welcoming, and kind. The pharmacy offers a great range of gifts, and I left with some lovely treats for my daughter and myself.
