Olivia was pleasant but I used an expensive voucher on a facial. There was no explanation of the products used unless I specifically inquired, the room was dim and chilly, and the music was bothersome! The dye on my eyebrows was smudged at the edges. The front of the shop could use a good vacuum, and the staff were not in proper uniforms. I know I may be fussy, but for that price, you expect something exceptional. Sadly, I won't be coming back 😢.
Kim was amazing, absolutely loved the treatments and the great conversation. Booked in for a brow shape and tint as well as an IPL consultation, and ended up getting my first IPL treatment which was surprisingly quick and painless! I have no idea why I didn't come in sooner. I will definitely be back. Absolutely adore my eyebrows too. Thank you so much, and I'll see you soon for my next treatment.
I had a fantastic time at the skin spa. Even though I accidentally booked the wrong time slot for my makeup, I left feeling absolutely fabulous and brimming with confidence after my appointment. I got exactly what I asked for, and my eyes were truly striking. Grateful for the wonderful experience, I would definitely return without a doubt.
