My partner made a reservation a month in advance for waxing a few days before our wedding. Jemma abruptly cancelled almost a week before the appointment. When we tried to reschedule with her, she didn't reply for a few days, so we had to find someone else on short notice, which was challenging. Disappointing service experience.
I've been visiting Totally You Beauty for a couple of years now! Jemma is fantastic! Always friendly and inviting, consistently does excellent work. 100% recommend to all!
Thanks Jemma for my fabulous Christmas nail art yesterday. I may not be the best artist, but I hope this gives people an idea of the amazing work Jemma can do. I had a delightful foot treatment and gel manicure yesterday. My heels were in terrible condition, but in such a short time Jemma has transformed them and now I can confidently show off my feet this summer. Thank you, Jemma.
