I popped in to purchase some dressings for my daughter's rashes. When I shop, I like to take my time comparing prices to ensure I don't miss anything. Within 10 minutes, I was approached for help by 3 different individuals, and then a 4th time by the 3rd person. I can appreciate the 1st and even the 2nd person asking, but the 3rd person? Asking me twice? When I politely declined with "No, I'm okay thank you" the 3rd time, they continued to linger and watch me as I shopped. When a customer declines assistance, it should be respected. Please offer help only when requested.
The team here are incredibly caring, they treat everyone like whānau. Absolutely love it.
