Requesting refund. Tint left on, discovered huge missing chunk of hair only after washing my face at home. Left with uneven brows. Contacted via Facebook messenger, but seems to have been blocked after mentioning unhappiness. Poor service, unclean environment, staff member had strong body odour. Urgently need a response.
Got my lashes done at Vish Beauty Bar in Hamilton Centre Place today. Asked for natural lashes priced at $75, but was charged $90. Requested subtle look, got the opposite. Painful experience, possibly due to glue. Listen to customers and stick to what they ask for. Not recommending this place!
Worst eyebrow experience ever! Left eyebrow got threaded away, no hair growth after a week. Charged full price and claimed I had no hair in my brows. Pathetic service, lack of customer care. 8th April, 11 am, Centre Place Mall. Staff need training in customer service, not just ripping people off!
