I had a rough time at this store on 7th May 2024. I arrived at 8:35am to get some prints and a passport photo. The lady at the counter seemed disinterested and refused to help with the photo. Both kiosks were faulty, and she was unhelpful. Eventually, she suggested emailing the photo and using a USB at the kiosk. It took me 1.5 hours instead of 10 minutes due to her poor attitude. I missed an appointment because of this. I spoke to the supposed store manager, but he denied any issues with the staff. However, reviews online echo my experience. I hope this improves for others.
My family visits this store often, but our recent experience was disappointing. We arrived before closing time to use the self-service printers. The female employee was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. She didn't mention we could use EFTPOS at the printers. We felt rushed and unwelcome. Despite leaving before closing, the service was poor. As a former employee of the company, I found this behavior unacceptable. Improve your service, Warehouse Stationery.
