Hey, I'm quite disappointed with the service I received at this salon. I recommended my partner to come here for a haircut as I am from India and have known James for 3 years. When we arrived at 3 pm today, James informed us that there was a 40-minute wait because there was another customer ahead of us, which was fine with us. So, my partner and I went for a walk outside and returned at 3:40 pm as instructed. However, James then told us that we couldn't be accommodated because there were more people waiting now. Being a 32-week pregnant woman, I was willing to support his business and didn't mind waiting in the winter weather, but I was turned away. What's the point of making an appointment then? It feels like a complete waste of time. This is not how business should be conducted, failing to keep promises. I will not be returning.

I initially had my hair cut in June and was satisfied. I inquired about getting my hair bleached, as most of it was already bleached from a previous salon and had some breakage. They assured me they could bleach it without causing further damage. After spending $520, most of my hair broke off, which they denied. I returned later to get extensions, which were free, but I didn't receive a refund. However, after 2 months, the extensions mostly fell out, were dry, and damaged. I had them removed and asked for a haircut and a gradient/balayage style to grow out my dark roots. The gradient wasn't done well; a strip of brown was simply painted between my roots and the blonde. I paid $320 for this, which included a free haircut. I went back for a reverse balayage style, which looked better but not exactly as I wanted. They were going to charge me $320 for highlights above my shoulders and some darker roots, even though the cost for short hair is only $120. I ended up paying $200 just to leave. They refuse to acknowledge that I didn't get what I asked for, and I feel the $1000 I spent overall was not worth it. I usually don't write reviews or confrontational, but this experience was disappointing, and others should be informed. If they had been professional and explained that further bleaching could damage my hair, I would have understood. They should have taken responsibility and helped fix my hair instead of making me spend more money to correct the damage. I made the mistake of returning, hoping for a better experience, but I won't be back. If you decide to visit, avoid bleaching or coloring services; the haircut was decent, though. They have two stylists, and the other one might be better. See photos for better reference.

James was fantastic! I had a lovely shampoo and conditioning treatment, and we were on the same page throughout. I trusted him completely with my cut, blow wave, and straightening. My hair hasn't looked this good in years! And the price was surprisingly affordable. He was amazing, friendly, and professional. I've definitely found my new favorite hairdresser ❤️
