A consultation means you will provide your client with a rough idea of the final outcome. I did not expect you to work magic and give me something impossible!!! Assess the hair's condition! That is the purpose of your consultation! The client will agree to pay for the service based on that. Now, the stylist CJ is admitting to her oversight that she did not thoroughly assess the hair's condition!!! That is clear-cut negligence!!! So, I do not recommend these individuals who try to act superior in front of you!
