Huge shoutout to Karen for helping me with my prescription today. Despite the initial mix-up, she went above and beyond to track it down, even contacting my doctor directly. Thanks to her efforts, I had my medication in hand within minutes of our conversation.
I enjoy shopping at the pharmacy warehouse, but some of the younger staff members at the checkout need better training in customer service. It would also be helpful to have proper countertops or trolleys for customers to use, as constantly bending down to pick up items can be quite inconvenient.
I've been to the pharmacy warehouse a few times, and I must say the service is top-notch. The staff are always friendly, and the security guard's constant smile really sets a welcoming tone for customers.
