I appreciate the addition of Afterpay and the option for online shopping using Farmers gift cards. Yet, I find it perplexing that a delivery fee is charged for purchases over $200, along with a $3.00 fee for click and collect. It's rather surprising!
The customer service team was top-notch, providing excellent assistance. However, the signage within the departments was subpar. Navigating the store without prior knowledge of the layout proved to be quite challenging.
Visited Farmers this morning at 10am. Approached a staff member (elderly lady) in the Skincare/Makeup section to inquire about The Ordinary skincare range. She was busy with another customer at the time, which was understandable. However, her demeanor was incredibly impolite. She showed no regard for my specific product search, rudely blocking my view while assisting the other customer. As someone in customer service, I always prioritize my customers' needs without making them feel ignored. It would have been better if I hadn't sought her help. Such a disrespectful attitude to have, especially during this time of the year. On a positive note, the rest of the staff members were friendly and accommodating.
