The place is neat and clean, but the piercing material is not suitable for skin. Surgical steel shouldn’t be used with fresh or healed piercings. I had my lip pierced here and was given a bar that was way too short, causing swelling due to its tightness. I had to remove it after 2 days and get it redone with a longer bar. Overall, they are okay but should have a better and safer selection of jewelry and a better understanding of anatomy.
I got my belly button pierced (navel) and both guys that served me were super kind and helpful. The guy that pierced my belly button was really patient and asked me questions to make sure it wasn’t hurting too much, and explained the aftercare very clearly.
I came here with my friend today as she wanted a tongue piercing. We were attended to promptly and she got the piercing almost immediately. However, the piercer (a lady with black and blonde hair) did not provide any aftercare instructions, such as what to eat for the next few weeks. The ball fell out just 5 hours after the piercing... It would have been helpful to receive aftercare guidance.
