Awful ordeal. Despite giving Sen another chance after two years, the experience was even worse. Significantly higher prices in The Bay. The staff is trying their best, but the management must take responsibility and train their employees. If you intend to charge premium rates, the service should be exceptional, but it falls well below average.
Major health risk. My daughter's nails were ruined. Attached is a photo post SNS removal. The natural nail base is the only thickness left, everything above it was excessively thinned. The SNS application almost entirely shaved off her nail. The thickness was so exaggerated, it appeared unsightly. Moreover, it chipped within a week. I wish I could rate zero stars. Now, she can't wear nail polish for months.
Hannah is an absolute star, the finest nail artist I’ve come across, exploring various spots and artists across different towns! Recently, a gift voucher led me to a different nail studio, resulting in the worst nails I've had in a while. Instantly, I reached out to Hannah, who managed to squeeze me in promptly (without neglecting other clients) and restored beauty to my sad hand. She didn't question my temporary deviation (which won't happen again). Thank you, Hannah, for consistently delivering superb manicures ❤️ 🩷 💅🏼
