Great service. Very knowledgeable.
I wanted to back local, so gave Kiwi Curtains & Blinds Wanganui the task of kitting out my entire home with blinds and curtains. Most of the work was top-notch and swiftly in place within a few weeks of ordering. Except for the biggest space - the lounge dining room. They bungled the measurements, only realizing the error during installation. This left me with only three-quarters of the curtains I required. Three weeks later, no update. I had to chase for information. A week after that, I learned the fabric was just leaving the warehouse. Seems like they didn't reorder promptly. A few weeks later, the fabric reached the curtain maker, only for a flaw to be discovered. With winter approaching, they offered a temporary curtain, leaving me with a mismatched set. The fabric was reordered, and it took three months after the rest of my curtains and blinds were installed to receive the final curtain. All because of a measuring mistake and lack of follow-up to complete the job promptly. Can't recommend based on my experience. Won't use them again.
