Came here 10 Mar 2024. Paid $327.00. I got highlights, cut and colour and a keratin treatment.
Good points
-friendly service
-reasonable pricing
-highlighting colour amazing
-curls have loosened, no ringlets anymore. Straight at the top and loose curl at the bottom.
Room for improvement
-does the colouring include the roots? I think this could have been done better as the greys and the dark roots were still evident so looked like the hair needed a roots touch up rather than looking like I just came out of a salon. The hairdresser advised you have to pay extra for root colouring.
-my hair has returned to frizzy a few days after the keratin treatment. Is this normal? Popped in for the $250 special at Station Road, Manurewa spot which was advertised as Full Head Foils, Toner, Protein Treatment, Hair Trim or Restyle Cut, Blow Wave, Straightening or Curls?
Ended up with only 10 scattered foils instead of full head foils🤦🏽♀️ Toner turned out to be permanent colour and no protein treatment at all! The result was a disaster. Had to visit another salon to get it fixed, much happier with it now. Always a fantastic time at Sue and Co. Sue is skilled in all kinds of hairdos, from fancy up-dos to everyday styles. I've had my hair dyed and trimmed by all the folks there, and they've all done a great job. I love coming in on a cold winter's day to relax by the cozy fire. My nephew was denied service based on Nela's false claim that my nephew's guardian had declined to engage in inappropriate activities with them.
