Prices are very appealing. However, the store is always messy and it's hard to find products. The signage is disorganized, making customers search through every aisle to locate items. It would be helpful to have clear signage outside the aisles, like those in New World supermarkets. I prefer ordering online from Chemist Warehouse.
Only rating 5 stars for the female security guard at botany chemist warehouse. Every time I visit, she's always so kind and welcoming! Please keep her there, she's fantastic at customer service! I frequent this place and it's usually busy, but you can find what you need or ask the staff. Overall, it's a solid 7/10. Today, I met an employee, Ginny, who worked in the vitamin section. She was exceptional. Ginny was knowledgeable, explained the different brands and their benefits. Despite being busy, she took the time to assist everyone who needed help. I rarely write reviews, but this woman truly impressed me.
