Top-notch set of Acrylics and my eyebrows done, awesome staff, attentive and listen well. The place could use a tidy up and equipment wipe down, quite dusty around the shop. Overall, a solid first experience here, will return!
Made a booking but upon arrival felt like we were just walk-in customers. Booked a Pakihi package but it felt rushed, more like a Tere. Mani and Pedi done in under 30min. Two of us ordered the same service, but the process was inconsistent. Later, my friend's polish started bubbling, not an expert but seems like the previous polish wasn't removed properly. Didn't enjoy getting hands and feet done simultaneously. Disappointed and sadly, a waste of money.
Great kaimahi and very friendly skilled staff. Got whakairo on my nails with gel/powder dip and tips, they did a top-notch job. Cheers, keen for the next time.
