My experience with New Zealand Hearing was incredibly disheartening. The audiologist Charlotte was shockingly unprofessional, lacking empathy and respect during my visit. The clinic's testing procedures were inadequate, casting doubt on the accuracy of their diagnosis.
Leanne Ma is so kind, patient, and clear in her explanations and instructions. What an amazing experience! I even spotted the trophy on the reception desk before I left. Keep up the fantastic work. The receptionist is also delightful, both on the phone and in person.
The most caring individuals I've ever encountered, the lovely receptionists made check-in a breeze. Charlotte was exceptional, and I felt completely reassured about my condition. Thank you so much!!!!
