Unfortunately, my time at this salon was a letdown. Initially, a skilled stylist attended to my hair, but things took a turn for the worse when I was passed on to two other stylists who didn't quite capture the look I had in mind from my inspiration photos. What's worse, my hair, which had only a small amount of damage when I first arrived, now shows significant breakage and damage after about three months of visits. Regrettably, I've never encountered such severe breakage before, and the only solution now seems to be a drastic haircut to address the damage. Despite spending close to $200 on hair products in an attempt to repair the breakage, cutting it off seems to be the only viable option. The breakage extends all the way up my head, and it's truly distressing to witness. This experience has left me feeling insecure, and I deeply regret choosing this salon.
This hair salon is truly exceptional! The moment you step inside, you're greeted with warmth by the friendly staff. They dedicate time and effort to ensure your desires are met. Personally, I've had outstanding experiences with coloring, cutting, and styling, always leaving with hair that I adore and confidence that soars! I highly recommend this salon 🤩
Every visit to this salon is consistently fantastic. The staff members are incredibly knowledgeable and always deliver exactly what I envision. Over the past four years of patronage, I have never encountered a negative experience. The service is always top-notch, and I wouldn't consider going elsewhere. While I usually request Olivia, every stylist at this salon is truly remarkable. Thank you all so much!
