My first time at the salon was also my last. While the manicure was good, the pedicure was a disaster. The nails were cut unevenly, the cuticle removal was sloppy, and the feet cleaning was neglected. I had to stop the service midway. It seems the team lacks the proper tools and skills. I expressed my disappointment to the manager, questioning why anyone would need a pedicure if they had to redo it at home. My cuticles were not overgrown, a little more pumice would have sufficed. It's a shame because I wanted to support a local business, but the pedicure quality is just not up to par. I have shared photos showing the difference between the salon treatment and my own care at home. Unfortunately, I will be avoiding this salon in the future.
I am a loyal customer here for all my beauty needs. The staff makes me feel at ease and the results are always stunning. I am never disappointed with my nails or lashes, they always look amazing 🥰...
I decided to give May Nails a try as it's conveniently close to home. Mai (I hope I spelled that correctly) did my nails today, and I must say they are absolutely fantastic. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she perfectly executed the design I wanted. She was careful and had a lovely demeanor throughout the service.
