It's been ages since I last visited, but the team at more than skin are incredibly friendly and always greet you warmly. Amy (if she's still on staff) was fantastic at handling my bikini waxing, very gentle and not harsh. I also used their products when I was 16 and they really helped clear up my acne within a few weeks of my skincare routine 😊...
Incredible, I feel like a rejuvenated person. The masseuse located all my tension points and gave me a new lease on life. I highly recommend getting a massage here.
*Albany store* Absolutely shocking service. I was given a voucher for a present. When I phoned last year, the individual couldn’t schedule me in and was extremely vague about the reasons. It was baffling as I didn’t believe it should be so difficult. They promised to call me back but never did. I had to make numerous calls with employees assuring me they would follow up. I wouldn't have persisted if not for the voucher. Eventually, I received an email stating they were shutting down. They declined to refund me but suggested arranging a facial at another affiliated store. After two more emails attempting to arrange this, without any response, I gave up.
