I have been to this salon a few years now, I recommended my good honest friend who is from overseas who is of great wealth ,who invests into small businesses here in Nz to go here, worst experience ever. Unfortunately her card didn’t work as for some reason it wasn’t working that particular day. Natalie treated her like a criminal saying inappropriate comments like she was suspicious of her, my friend came in with her sister as English is not her first language. She was so embarrassed and never had her hair finished, there was no understanding on Natalie’s behalf my friend left the salon with her hair dripping! She still paid full price for hair that was less than half done! This is the most disgraceful service! She paid over $400 her hair needed to be fixed by another salon who I will be highly recommending, I will never go back and will be telling many others not to go here.
