Recently visited Jenma Hair Lab for a hair fix and it was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Ashley did an amazing job correcting my uneven hair. Unfortunately, my time at this salon was a letdown. Initially, a skilled stylist attended to my hair, but things took a turn for the worse when I was passed on to two other stylists who didn't quite capture the look I had in mind from my inspiration photos. What's worse, my hair, which had only a small amount of damage when I first arrived, now shows significant breakage and damage after about three months of visits. Regrettably, I've never encountered such severe breakage before, and the only solution now seems to be a drastic haircut to address the damage. Despite spending close to $200 on hair products in an attempt to repair the breakage, cutting it off seems to be the only viable option. The breakage extends all the way up my head, and it's truly distressing to witness. Absolutely adore Off the Edge! Alex does an amazing job with hues and understanding your desires. The crew are fantastic and really back each other up. Such a delightful vibe in the salon. I enjoyed the salon, the decor is stunning and the stylist is a Japanese hair artist. I had my hair cut there two days back and honestly, I adore my hair now. I got lengthy layers and soft fringe, and the way my hair looks currently is exactly what I've always desired the layers to be like. Will definitely revisit. It cost me $40 but she mentioned it varies per individual.
