I have been to this salon a few years now, I recommended my good honest friend who is from overseas who is of great wealth ,who invests into small businesses here in Nz to go here, worst experience ever. Unfortunately her card didn’t work as for some reason it wasn’t working that particular day. Natalie treated her like a criminal saying inappropriate comments like she was suspicious of her, my friend came in with her sister as English is not her first language. She was so embarrassed and never had her hair finished, there was no understanding on Natalie’s behalf my friend left the salon with her hair dripping! She still paid full price for hair that was less than half done! This is the most disgraceful service! I had a great experience at The Terrace Hair and Makeup Beauty salon. The staff were friendly and professional, and they listened to what I wanted for my hair colour. They used high-quality products and gave me some tips on how to maintain my colour at home. I was very happy with the result and I received many compliments on my new look. The salon was clean and comfortable, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hair colour treatment in Howick. Under ratted salon. Been for my hair Botox and after results were disappointing. After Botox treatment your hair will be frizzless for minimum 6 months and for my hairs nothing happened. Already paid them a lot but no results.
