My first time at the salon was also my last. While the manicure was good, the pedicure was a disaster. The nails were cut unevenly, the cuticle removal was sloppy, and the feet cleaning was neglected. I had to stop the service midway. It seems the team lacks the proper tools and skills. I expressed my disappointment to the manager, questioning why anyone would need a pedicure if they had to redo it at home. My cuticles were not overgrown, a little more pumice would have sufficed. It's a shame because I wanted to support a local business, but the pedicure quality is just not up to par. I have shared photos showing the difference between the salon treatment and my own care at home.
