First time visit to Mooi recently and it was such a delightful experience. The ambiance is serene, everything is spotless, was greeted so warmly upon arrival and Melissa (?) who was my therapist was delightful, amiable and informed. Unfortunately, my experience with my ombre brows in New Zealand wasn't great either. My mum and I had them done, but they have completely faded away. I've been trying to contact Pakao, but she hasn't responded. When we went for a second time and asked for bolder brows, Pakao assured us she would deliver, but they still faded. This is my honest review - I wouldn't recommend this service. Here's a photo showing the before and after for reference. 😢. Avoid it.About
