Massage quality doesn't match the price. Came for a couples massage, given oily, damp towels instead of fresh ones.
Scheduled with Sarah for 4.30pm, but she asked to change to 5pm at 4:15pm. Arrived at 4:50pm, waited 25 min, then told someone else would do the massage. When questioned, Sarah claimed a stomach ache, but another client arrived for their appointment with her. Felt unappreciated as a new customer.
